2015-04-22, This and That










There is a road near my house along a small river that is lined with different varieties of late blooming sakura.  I ride down it everyday that it's not raining.

  These are from Castle Road, the tourist street leading to the castle.








Back at the castle, where the blossoms have been falling.
Blossoms like snowflakes on the water...

A bride and groom who must have been having photos taken.

The current bringing the fallen blossoms together, it looks like the foam we see on the ocean.


Riding around I found a this really interesting use of drift wood - used for decoration as well as to make pots, fences, etc.
